Déco Fontaine is the owner of the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights for all the items accessible on the site, notably the text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the items on the site, whatever the means or process used, is prohibited, unless previously authorised in writing by: Déco Fontaine.

Any unauthorised use of the site or any one whatsoever of the items that it contains will be considered as comprising a forgery and will be pursued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and subsequent of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. Limitation of responsibility.

Déco Fontaine cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment by access to the Déco Fontaine site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications stated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Déco Fontaine can also not be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from use of the site www.decofontaine-paris.com.

7. Managing personal data.

In France, personal data are particularly protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

The following can be collected when using the deny-security.com site: the URL of the links through which the user has accessed the denyfontaine.com site, the user's Internet service provider, the user's Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any event Déco Fontaine only collects personal information related to users for the needs of certain services offered by the Déco Fontaine website.
