6. Limitation of responsibility.

Déco Fontaine cannot be held responsible for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment by access to the Déco Fontaine site, and resulting either from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications stated in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Déco Fontaine can also not be held responsible for indirect damage resulting from use of the site www.decofontaine-paris.com.

7. Managing personal data.

In France, personal data are particularly protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
